BlueCasting - our Bluetooth proximity marketing solution - has been used on literally hundreds of campaigns since we launched the service in 2003.
BlueCasting was conceived while we were consulting on the movie 'Minority Report'. We thought it was such a good idea we made it for real.
It's a great way to deliver rich media content to consumers without them having to pay the mobile networks for data charges.
That's good because we think it's a bit cheeky to ask consumers to pay for advertising.
Although we're working on it.
Via BlueCasting consumers are able to receive a wide variety of content:

• Animations and Screen Savers
• Audio and Video Clips
• vCards and vCal events
In fact you can send just about anything a phone will play back.

The BlueCasting system is an ideal addition to tradtional out-of-home media campaigns as well as retail, travel, leisure, entertainment and sporting venues.
In fact we've put BlueCasting units just about anywhere you can imagine from Segways, taxi cabs and bus shelters to retail spaces, sports stadiums and music festivals.
We even put a load of units in trees around London for IBM.
Wherever the location, BlueCasting allows consumers to easily opt-in to more brand information exactly at the time and place when they are most likely to interact.
And since the message is on their handset it acts as a reminder for them to go visit your website or pass the content on to their friends.
